Project assistant

We invite a person who wants to develop towards project management (including international projects) in non-governmental organizations as part of public and EU funding. Friendship Art Education Foundation works primarily in the field of artistic, cultural, environmental and global education. We specialize in organizing and producing large artistic and open-air events. Join Our Team.

▶️ We are looking for a communicative, meticulous, proactive person with basic experience in the field of coordination and administration. We are interested in cooperation with a person who wants to get involved in developing and co-creating projects of a local and international nature. The minimum requirements are knowledge of the English language at an advanced level, handling official documents in English, experience in intercultural communication, and good knowledge of MS Office.
Final year students are welcome.

✅ The assistant's duties will include:
- running the Foundation's office
- administrative support for the Lelenfant and Culpeer Digital project
- co-creation of grant applications and reports
- cooperation with sponsors
- coordination of selected project activities

Work range:
- from March/April until end of December 2023
- a form of work: hybrid mode (4 times a week, 5-6 hours a day + remotely)
- availability in the second half of August this year is required

✅ We offer a part-time employment contract for a definite period. The amount of wage will be determined individually depending on the candidate's knowledge and experience (2700 - 3000 net).

Promotion and PR coordinator

We are looking for a candidate for the Friendship Art Education team for the position of promotion & PR coordinator of the Lelenfant project, as well as the co-creation of educational digital materials as part of the international Culpeer Digital project.

▶️ We are looking for a creative, communicative person with basic experience in the field of marketing/promotion/public relations. We are interested in working with a person who wants to get involved in developing and co-creating an international project with a 14-year history. Students in the last years of studies in the field of promotion, marketing, UX, etc. are welcome.

The coordinator's tasks will include:
- co-creation of the project's promotional strategy together with an experienced team of producers
- cooperation with a graphic artist
- creating promotional texts shared on the official communication channels of the Lelenfant project, including ongoing website maintenance www.lelenfant.org and https://culpeer-digital.eu
- creating and sending press releases to the local media (including using the Lelenfant database)
- creating texts and graphics for Lelenfant social media and their ongoing updates
- coordination and placing orders for promotional materials and gadgets
- co-creation of substantive and digital materials in the international Culpeper Digital project (including work in an international team)

Work range:
- from mid-February to mid-October (½ or ¾ employment)
- form from the office (2 times a week + remotely, depending on your preferences)
- availability in the second half of August is required

✅ We offer a part-time employment contract for a definite period. The amount of sallary will be determined individually depending on the candidate's knowledge and experience (2400 - 3000 net).

Coordinator of the international edition of Lelenfant project

Friendship Art Education Foundation invites you to co-create the international edition of the Lelenfant 2023 project as part of co-financing from the funds of the Wrocław Municipality. We offer full-time employment for a period of 5 months as a coordinator of the international edition of Lelenfant.

▶️ We are looking for a person with experience in coordinating international projects, artistic and educational events aimed at children and youth, as well as working in non-governmental organizations. Experience in the field of global education and children's rights, as well as experience working abroad, are welcome.
The minimum requirements: knowledge of the English language at an advanced level, handling official documents in English, experience in intercultural communication, and knowledge of MS Office.

Tasks:
-recruitment of artistic groups for the international edition of Lelenfant 2023 from different continents (children's and youth artistic groups operating in particular in the field of traditional and modern performative arts, inclusion and art for social change) in cooperation with the program director of the project
- creating and sending information in Polish and English (or other) regarding the edition, co-creation of contracts, ongoing contact with group leaders

- preparing the logistics of the group's arrival (preparation of the necessary documents to obtain visas, insurance, etc.) in cooperation with the project's financial and administrative director, including monitoring of the entrusted budget
- keeping up-to-date financial and administrative documentation related to the participation of groups
- preparation of the schedule for the stay for groups and leaders in August and infopacks
- booking accommodation and meals
- coordination of groups and leaders' stay in Poland, monitoring of the artistic process
-cooperation with the promotion, host families and volunteering coordinator, artistic instructors
-cooperation with a producer of artistic events (riders, food)
- activities in the field of strategic planning of international cooperation as part of the Friendship Art Education Foundation activities

Work range:
- from mid-April to mid-September
-the form of work from the office (4 times a week from 10:00 to 16:00 at least + full availability during the stay of groups in August this year)

✅ We offer a full-time employment contract for a definite period. The amount of sallary will be determined individually depending on the candidate's knowledge and experience (3300 - 3800 net).

Artistic Instructor (director of Lelenfant project's performances)

If you work creatively with children and youth, you are close to listening to their needs and drawing on their skills and talents - feel free to contact us.

Every year, our group of instructors and directors is expanded by new, creative and pedagogically conscious people working in the field of music, theater, dance and inclusive pedagogy

Producer of artistic events for children and youth

In 2023, the Friendship Art Education Foundation is planning at least three large artistic and educational events created by children and youth (including two international ones) aimed at the general public.

Each of these events is both a great adventure and a considerable organizational and coordination challenge, requiring great efficiency in the field of artistic events production, as well as sensitivity to children and their needs.

✅ The Producer's tasks will include:
- preparation of the event production plan based on the Foundation's activities production plan in 2023
- contact and establishing terms of cooperation with event subcontractors
- contact with contractors, preparation of schedules, work and action plans,
- contact with directors, artistic instructors - enforcing riders and performance scenarios, providing information to subcontractors responsible for sound and lighting events
- constant cooperation with the team coordinating the Foundation's activities, the person responsible for PR and promotion of events, coordination of artists and audience service
- preparation of the relevant documentation in cooperation with the municipal authorities
- preparation of the event based on available budgets, cost monitoring and documentation, preparation of settlements

Work range: 
May, July and August - task mode and full availability on the days of the events.

Requirements:
- experience in the production of at least one event of an artistic nature with the participation of children and youth or adults
- knowledge of the English language at a minimum level of B2
- experience in monitoring and settling project budgets
- high level of self-organization and task planning ability
- high level of communication skills and the ability to make flexible decisions
- working experience in non-governmental organizations and cultural institutions is welcome
- good knowledge of Office/Page package
